Shipping
- Orders are packed with fresh products and shipped on average within 3 – 5 business days.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the Zone address of the recipient determining the flat rate shipping charge.
- For multi-package orders shipping to the same address, products will be combined into the least number of shipping boxes determined by Utz to limit shipping damage.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and/or outside the United States.
- Given the perishable nature of our products and to provide customers with the best product experience, Utz only ships within the contiguous United States. Sorry, there are no shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or outside the United States.

Orders, Order Changes, or Cancellations
- When ordering, please include the correct information, such as name, address, other contact information, and/or gift message where appropriate.
- You may cancel an order that has not shipped at any time by contacting Utz Customer Care for a full refund.

Returns and Refunds
- You may voluntarily return new, unopened items within seven (7) days for a full refund, less your original shipping charges or any other incurred shipping charges as a result of your voluntary return.

Order Errors
- Please report order errors within seven (7) days of receipt.

Product Damage
- Please report any product damage within seven (7) days of receipt. Damage includes but is not limited to burst packages. Product will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded.
- To report product damage and for the fastest service, please contact Utz Customer Care Email at customerservice@utzsnacks.com or with the Utz Online Submission Contact. Please have your reference order number available. Please have your reference order number available and retain the damaged product. Utz Customer Care will provide further direction on the disposition of the damaged product and may request a photograph of the damaged product’s (1) UPC Barcode from the back of the package; (2) Freshness date, lot code, and time stamp from the front or back of the package.
